We are an employee assistance programme provider based in Reading, Berkshire. We can  provide 24/7 counselling support in the UK, France, Spain and Germany, and we work with a network of other therapists to provide online counselling support to other staff located in Europe and other International locations.

Flexible 3-month covid-19 support plan

 

We have put together a 3 month plan for those looking to support staff during this period, regardless of company size. The plan includes:

  • Set up of a dedicated helpline in 24 hours or less.
  • Access to trained therapists providing 24/7 counselling support via a Freephone number.
  • Structured telephone counselling with the therapist of your choice.
  • Arrange online counselling via Zoom* with our network of therapists.
  • Access to a secure online dashboard.
  • Provision of online communication materials (webpage / online banners / email )
  • Confidential and anonymous access to our service for your employees.
  • All our therapists are  UK-based, fully trained and qualified under British standards. They are registered members or accredited members of the BACP, NCS and/or UKCP.
  • Possibility to limit the the number of sessions per user.

For companies with less than 100 employees looking to support their staff but that wish to have a fixed-price solution that offers 24/7 support to their staff. This plan includes:

  • Set up of a dedicated helpline in 24 hours or less.
  • Access to trained therapists providing 24/7 counselling support via a Freephone number.
  • Structured telephone counselling with the therapist of your choice.
  • Arrange online counselling via Zoom with our network of therapists.
  • Access to a secure online dashboard.
  • Provision of online communication materials (online banners )
  • Confidential and anonymous access to our service for your employees.
  • All our therapists are  UK-based, fully trained and qualified under British standards. They are registered members or accredited members of the BACP, NCS and/or UKCP.
  • Up to 6 sessions per employee.

  • Access to trained therapists providing 24/7 counselling support via a Freephone number.
  • Structured telephone counselling with the therapist of your choice.
  • Access to a secure online dashboard.

  • Confidential and anonymous access to our service for your employees.

That is why as part of your Employee Assistance Programme, employees and managers will have access to Pro-Counselling,  our online platform that connects employees covered by our plans with a wide network of telephone counsellors available 24/7, 365 days. Unlike other services, our platform allows employees to choose the counsellor that they wish to talk to. Employees can browse through the different profiles of each counsellor, and look at their areas of expertise, as well as their weekly availability. There is no need to book an appointment, which reduces significantly waiting times.

Our service allows employees to talk to the same counsellor over time if they want to do so, as each counsellor has a unique identifier that employees can dial to be connected to them. If an employee wishes to change counsellor, this can also be done easily by just dialling the code of a different therapist the next time that they use the service.
